Hi I am new here. My son and I don't have IBD, we have Celiac Disease, I did not know where else to include it. He had stroke at birth that caused epilepsy, and various learning disabilities, and mild cerebral palsy. He has trouble keeping friends. I have Celiac Disease, Lupus, Thyroid Disease, and Diabetes.
It took some work to accept it all, but am good with it now.
I look forward to getting acquainted with this group

Ive been helping a friends mom who has bad tremor. she uses insulin pens for diabetes but cant recap the pens due to her tremor... anyone have a creative solution to this problem?

I just found this site on facebook and I have Type 1 Diabetes.I am 50 yrs old and I have had it since I was 20 yrs old.^ of my siblings out of 10 have Diabetes and my mother passed away from Type 1 Diabetes at the age of 55 yrs. Hello to you all who deals with the issues I myself deals with everyday,Here I will tell you what medical issues I have,Psoriasis,Type 2 Diabetes,Osteoarthritis,Psoriatic Arthritis,Sciatica on both sides,degenerating discs,High blood Pressure,and also High Chloesteral,which my doctor told me that my Chloesteral is at a perfect rate,so she has taken me off one of my Chloesteral pills for a month then I go for blood work to see if it has changed.I hope it will stay the level it suppose to be at.
Hello all, although it's sad to see how many people have severe health issues I must admit that it helps me realise that I'm not as badly off as what I thought and am most definitely only one amongst many.
